These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StowSnap mobile application ("App") operated by Tartan Studios ("we", "our", "us"). By using StowSnap, you agree to these Terms.
To use StowSnap, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You agree to use StowSnap only for its intended purpose: organizing and tracking household inventory. You may not:
StowSnap allows you to create or join a household. When you share a household with other users:
You retain ownership of all content you upload to StowSnap, including photos, item descriptions, and inventory data ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the StowSnap service to you and your household members.
Your use of StowSnap is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We strive to keep StowSnap available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.
You can delete your account at any time through the App's Settings screen. If you are a household owner, deleting your account will also delete the household and all associated data (bins, items, photos). This action is irreversible.
StowSnap is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. StowSnap is an organizational tool and should not be relied upon as the sole record for insurance claims or legal purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tartan Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of StowSnap after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
